Shallow fry straight out the packet.

If you make them fresh yourself you have to boil them first then fry them.

Had chopped bockwurst and chopped speck with onion and courgette with the noodles.
    Very nice.

The speck is superb just how I remember it from Austria. My hands smell like I've been out dealing with a fire and the smell won't go away. The Germans and Austrians think their food is superb but it's heavy handed and unrefined and that in itself is great at times. I remember not being able to take another bite of the cuisine after a week in Austria, loved it at the start of the week, completely sick of it by the end.

750g of mince in there, just sitting under a load of tomato, peppers and mushrooms.

I’m blatantly going to smash the lot tonight, meant to be food for a weeks worth of dinners

Don’t mind them myself and normally chuck some mushroom and onion in with mine but my old Italian flatmate would have probably stabbed me for having half an orchard in there.
