That time of year again for the FA Cup semi finals, surely Spurs should be winning this tournament now with United at 'home' and then Chelsea or Saints at home? United v Spurs Chelsea v Southampton. I fancy Spuds to do their usual bottle job and United to grind out a win leading to lots of bitching in North London. Also see our game against Chelsea being tight with it maybe going to et. Both games were entertaining affairs last season but I think both will be a lot cagier this time around. My predictions: Spurs 0-1 United Chelsea 0-2 Southampton (aet)
I think Spurs are looking a bit burnt out. Maureen is the man for managing one-off big games, so he can mug off Poch's tiring heroes. There is no reason on earth why Saints can hope to beat last season's PL Champions, or if there is I can't think of one. But I'm not voting for us to lose, **** that. Saints 1-0 Chelsea, Hazard and Willian both sent off for being annoyingly good and a bit poncey.
Chelsea will win it, they will finish 4th as well and Conte will still be sacked and people will lol. Spurs come 5th, win nothing and Poch will be talked about like the best manager in the world
Much as it pains me to say it, Poch and Klopp are easily the two best managers in England. Despite the negative trophy haul.
Hopefully we've gone through our bad couple of games to play a blinder this Saturday, will be close though, 2-1 to us. Chelsea 5-1 Saints. Saints will rollover and get ****punched.
Personally I think you'll get past United quite comfortably, and we'll hopefully beat Saints. That'll make a cracking final, which could go either way on the day.
Can't see it being comfortable. Much as I hate Jose he's phenomenal in games that truly matter, he always seems to know what to do. If we can turn up and perform like we know we can, I'll fancy us but anything less than 100% and Jose will take advantage and instruct his Utd side to hit our weakness.
Spurs need this, all the hard work bulding a squad and moves to a big stadium means nothing without pots. I think Spurs will win the whole thing.
Don't think Poch would agree there Luv. Apparently he ranks CL qualification above the FA cup. I think they'll beat United. I think it could go either way if we play them in the final.
As soon as City went out I Made you favourites. You lot are always saying that you're starting 11 is among the best in the league and how great Poch is and tbh you're probably the best team in it. Throw in the fact that you're essentially playing at home then you really need to win it from now imo.
