    First off - least slagged off player of the year

    nominations

    1. Alex McCarthy (because no matter how many goals we concede he's better than Forster)
    2. James Ward-Prowse (because we need him here next year to build the team around)
    3. Pierre-Emile Kordt Højbjerg (because no-one can spell his name)
    4. Whoever scores the winning goal against Leicester

    As well as the injury stuff mentioned earlier at the start of the season plenty of people claimed Austin was washed up and useless.

    If he'd played double the games and scored double the goals he'd probably be a shoo-in for player of the season.
