I've been following pochy too as i think he's a really good manager. He had something similar to at southampton before where the team suffers from burnout (I'm not sure if i've mentioned this before) but @The Liebherr Legacy can confirm. Some managers (see Jose and Conte) just don't do very well when they rotate the understudys in who don't get a consistent run (i see this in most players). Not everyone can be like Son who comes in and shines. Even Harry takes a while to get going after he's come back from injury so to expect a player of Llorentes quality to do it from 10 mins on the bench plus a game here and there (see our treatment to Salah) is hard going. You've got good competition at FB (this is where poch has really shined), really good competition in defence and CM. It's only really up top where i think theres a lack of competition. Maybe past seasons you've had issues with depth (no sanchez last year for defence) but i think your squad is better than most (obviously not United or City).
You don't have to do any of that, no one does. No one is even talking about it , except Leicester fans (understandably) and Spurs fans (bitterly and ***gishly).

Yeah true...it's factored into my thoughts that I don't expect players to perform in little cameo roles. A bit stronger in depth defensively but we have counter acted that by benching our best defender for off field issues. Upfront....it's very hard to have a good bench unless you pay silly wages. Players don't join United because of prestige, they don't give a ****...show them the money. We can't compete with that. Our problem is that we are not good enough to get to the top like the money bag teams and we are not mid table fodder like Lesta that no one takes us seriously. We are that team that is trying and in the process it creates a lot of butt hurt from fans as we don't think we belong with mid table teams(like Lesta) and the money bag teams don't like us rubbing shoulders with them whilst not blowing 100 mill every transfer window. Everything has to be taken into account
