Ok we made it through the miserable Winter and the forecast for this weekend is sunny, get the wire brush out give the grill a scrub and get the BBQ going. As always BBQ recpies and fav Summer drinks are welcome. Lets get out the garden and chill. please log in to view this image
Think I've shared this before but I'll put it out there anyway. One of my pet hates is burnt sausages but they can be difficult to cook on a hot BBQ. I visited friends in Austria and before putting the sausages on the BBQ the sausages were poached in water for 10 mins so that they were cooked through and then browned on the BBQ. TOP TIP.

Think you meant Australia mate. They don't do BBQ's in Austria, although they are partial to a sausage.
Swordfish steak, plenty of black pepper. Few slices of onion, big dollop of butter, wrap in foil, hoy on bbq. Super.
I do actually get the pans on the BBQ and fry things and make curries and all that, complete BBQ nut.
