Bates to piss off and take Grayson with him. Okay it is just me being totally pissed off after ANOTHER defeat but 5 matches 3 defeats and three red cards. Worse discipline by a mile, can't defend and just totally frustrated about the whole thing. Grayson has had enough time to sort the defence out so he can piss off too. We are short at the back he trials Keough, Forsell, Mendez and a host of other strikers totally neglecting the area we are weakest. He has the totally **** O'Brien on the bench after his ****e showing midweek and brings him on to defend. Nunez on the bench until the 90th minute.... Grayson will be sacked this year, I think he is a decent guy but I have concluded Bates does not trust him with a million quid because he would probably blow if on another ****ing striker.
Whats worrying is we cant hit a barn door! We should have been out of sight by half time. Then you have the idiot in White who chooses to wipe his man out while through on goal! Why??? if they had scored it would still have been 11 v 11 and we prob could have won the game still. We loaned keogh who has still yet to score for us. Shocking defensive collapse/ capitulation again. Get rid of the dead wood by deadline day and get us a strong defender or this season has gone. Totally agree about SG not investing properly in the defence. If Bessone isn't going to play, replace him with a strong CB... We were weak last year and have got worse.... Playing a few youngsters have been a positive so far this year, but with that you get a few raw edges, which has cost us a bit. Yep we will all be back here next Saturday, hopefully after a home win, some of us with feet on the ground still while others saying we are good enough for promotion. I am so used to it now but I do fear that there is a lot going on behind closed doors that are making this worse than it should be. I dunno if that is lack of funds or even Bates not trusting Grayson as we are carrying too much dead wood or not.
As I've said many times, I judge managers based on their actions, not their words. And no, I'm not getting entangled in yet another Grayson in/out debate and I advise others not to either.

There isnt a manager in england worth listening to except Ian Holloway. He says what he feels. You can imagine what hed have to say about bates and our defence if he was at Leeds. But of course, that is why the ayatullah would never allow anyone like him to be manager
