    Contemporary wise the 1975's first album back in 2013 was pretty good I thought.
    I dont like much modern music, more a 70's and 80's type guy (with a dash of gangster rap).
    But I quite like these guys. Plus the lead singer is legend Tim Healy's son.
    (He is the guy in Tobes avatar incidently)

    Another of my favourite bands has a great self-titled debut album - Wolfmother. One of those rare albums where every track is brilliant.



    Absolutely awesome live, too.

    And it obviously inspired this local (to me) Southampton band, Delays on their debut album, Faded Seaside Glamour...(I love this Byrdsian jangly ****)
