Can you imagine how little we care about how you rate our players?

As we all know i have no major beef with jose and his interview today appears to have been taken out of context imho, but with that said, where do do you stand @Diego with Jose.
To me he is having a really weird season. I cant make my mind up whether he wants to go or stay ?
Utd looked so out of sorts today
Is it just end of season nothing really to play for in league?
Do you want Jose there next season ?
Not really anyone else out there Tuchel could be an interesting one
I think where we need to improve is fairly obvious and the posters on here have pretty much nailed most of them. Who do you think you guys need cause i dont think utd are that far away
Always say this but if us and u and spurs make some small improvements next season could be awesome.
Chelsea have a big task i think over summer but if any club can make those changes its them

    The full squad?

    Lindeloff piss poor
    Pogba Lazy ****
Sanchez frustrating as **** with his constant twisting and turning and losing the ball
    Lukaku very decent, good enough
    Lingard same as Lukaku
Mata great but getting on, runs out of steam
Herrera, not as good as 2 years ago, maybe should go
Bailly great but too injury prone
Smalling ok, needs a strong partner
Jones, will give blood every game and is good enough with the right partner
    Rojo same as Bailly
Young can't fault him, has adapted well to wing back
    Valencia same as Young
    de Gea top class
Rashford very good and will get better (needs to improve finishing)
Matrial very good and a better finisher than Rashford
Matic excellent at what he does, very calm on the ball and reads the game well
Shaw lazy **** who is wasting his talent (may have mental block around his injury though)
McTominay very promising young talent, could be a future fixture as b2b mid in 2 years
Fellaini serves a purpose, not a player I want to see starting but good at what he does
Romero too good to be second choice, would be No1 in most other teams
Pereira excellent back up to de Gea and Romero (may have to move on for game time)
Wilson lost his way (and some pace) after bad injury (like Shaw), would like to see him get some game time
Blind useful squad player nothing more
Darmian nice lad but not good enough
Fosu-Mensah great hope for the lad, looks the part for the future
Borthwick-Jackson don't think he will make it
Johnson same as Pereira, will probably have to move on to get game time (de Gea and Romero are hard to get past)
Tuanzebe good young player, high hopes but not ready yet

    How do you rate yours?

So you rate approx 11-16 of current squad, so you possibly in the market for about 7
    That prob seems fair
I think Pogba has the potential to be quality but think we have had this discussion before and you said he is still the same as when Fergie got rid th first time?
His issue does appear to be more attitude, played well early in season though

People find it easy (and fun) to follow the whole "Jose holds the team back" sheep talk. If you watch the man on the touchline and listen to his after match comments it's quite easy to work out he wants the team to attack more and be more expansive.
Our main problem IMHO is we have no leaders on the pitch, nobody who will grab a game by the neck and shake it. The closest thing we have to passion is Lingard and TBH he is not the man to drive us forward, great at linking mid to attack and will run and chase all day but very few follow his lead. I have hopes that Sanchez may hold more sway over the team next year with his attitude and stature in the game.
People say Jose throws his players under the bus, well why not when he gets accused of parking it. How many times have you heard him say they played with fear or lacked courage? if you watch him on the line he is constantly waving them forward (he marks out the lines for defence and midfield too ) not the sign of a man holding them back. Yes he expects all the team to defend when the opposition have the ball (see Klopp) but that doesn't mean they can't get forward when we have the ball
This pool of players is gutless and leaderless, I feel in the summer we will see another CB and a MF come in with some authority, I also think another LB may be on the list as Young is not young anymore :bandit:

I have seen nothing to change that opinion yet, the odd decent game is just not good enough. He has always rated himself far too highly which is why he went in the first place, all the talent in the world is of no use without the effort and application.
Look at real players like Ronaldo, Suarez and Messi, fantastic players but they work damned hard to prove it.

Pretty honest (you really should have said that, it would have saved a lot of typing). And your rating of yourself is?

So the big question then is who fits the bill ? Do you think he will get his work done before or after the WC?

Sadly Keane and Gatuso have retired so no idea :(

Getting work done in a WC year is awkward, I would hope he has identified the players and already put a preliminary deal in place, otherwise agents and players are just going to hope to boost their fees/wages with a few good games in a one off competition and the whole thing will go even crazier than it is now.

You say players play wih fear and he’s right to throw them under the bus. But you only have to look back at Jose’s record. Players are probably scared to take risk and try things because previously he’s been quick to judge and drop players who don’t perform straight away.

hea not patient with his players. They probably think we’ll i don’t wanna lose the ball here and risk being dropped so I’ll play a nice simple pass.

maybe the players aren’t courageous or brave enough but only have to look at the list of young players he’s dropped and got rid off who have gone to show that in right team with right management and bit of faith they can flourish.

He seems to have his favourites within a team and has done since his early Chelsea days and when those players are very high quality he gets the best out of them but in the last 7-8 years he’s not been the best with young palates who arenincosistent.

Of course not, if that was the case for every team what is the point of Liverpool?

You know very well what I mean, Roman is an exceptional owner <doh>

I believe the ambition is too win every game, might not be feasible but thats the aim.

Not the case with Man U then? might explain Mourinhos tactics.
