Another Win today and Nigel will be asking for a pay rise. More chance of Arkle winning the National like but he has surprised many by getting on with what looked a lost cause at one point.
Yeah going to get my 6 foot flag out soon for the SW fan that lives opposite. I kindly decorated his van with the MKM flags before the playoff's but some people are just ungrateful.
Sorry to piss on everyone's bonfires but this is one of the easiest losses to predict all season. We've just won two on the bounce by big margins after two respectable points against two of the top teams in the division whilst Massive have been total dog Tod. Comfortable 2-0 away win for by far the greatest team the world has ever seen followed by the Adkins outers coming out of force telling us all they told us so.
Really hope the last bit is true for Moses. Despite a thumping 5-0 victory in midweek, Head Coach Nigel Adkins will again make changes to his side when the Tigers host Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday. Maintaining his rotation policy during a busy period of fixtures, Adkins continues to have a large pool of players to select from as his men go in search of a third straight win. “There will be changes and I think people have seen that I’m comfortable with doing that,” said Adkins. “I see the players every day in training and I want to make sure that everybody is involved. We saw Kevin Stewart come on the other night, David Meyler has started two of the last three, Will Keane has come on and scored a goal, Fraizer Campbell started…..everyone needs to play and everybody wants to be a part of it. “So I’ll make changes at the weekend, but whoever plays will be focussed and ready. Fikayo Tomori came in at right back on Tuesday and I thought he was outstanding, as he was against Wolves a week earlier. Ola has been outstanding in that position, too, but we gave him a rest on Tuesday. “With Michael Hector as well, we’ve seen our Chelsea trio develop over the months which is pleasing. Their concentration levels have improved and we can see the talent and the ability that each of them has.” Adkins will wait to make a final decision on his starting eleven to assess the fitness of Jarrod Bowen. The Tigers’ top scorer missed the win at Burton Albion with a foot injury and won’t be risked unnecessarily. Meanwhile, Evandro and Moses Odubajo have returned to training this week but won’t come into consideration for this weekend.
Get a point today and it’s the last time we will see a few of our players. Nige must have his eye on next season now. Credit to him I think he has done a good job and deserves his chance next year. I am hoping next year doesn’t start with the calamitous bollocks we have had in the last three. That is in the hands of the owners. I am not holding my breath.
I meant to say after the last game that one reason for the queues for some stands is that some people are still messing around with their membership cards under the laser rather than just pressing it against the black square for instant access. I saw lots of people still lining up their barcode and wasting time for others. It’s ljke we actually needed that insulting video that used to be played each game.
Think its got as draw written all over it...Neither will want to lose so two teams with perhaps safety still in mind sharing the spoils..
