Was going to say The Libertines but it wasn't their debut, Up The Bracket was. Which isn't as good or a great really.
The Chronic... if you don't count all of his group work. What a ****ing tooooon I'm off to blast it... in the car and pimp some hoes.
I love it, it is introspective and has cellos and strings and ****, but showcases Bob's superb songwriting and guitar playing well.
Amazing stuff, they came along did that and were ok after it but **** me that album is good. Just right time and place every track spot on.
Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger Never lived up to that, raw and aggressive then the producers moved in and killed the sound. To clean from there in.
Nas did a bit before illmatic by the way, no official albums but some or most of it is out there on YouTube etc and it's mostly brilliant, for those who like the raw east coast vibe.
They're touring. Specifically the album Last time I looked there were tickets available in Liverpool and Royal Albert hall. Neither date was any good for me.
