    Exactly. Maybe there is some truth to this story! Seems ironic that we've also drawn Stoke away in the Carling Cup.

    I know we've been after those two for a while, (and not that I'm complaining if this is true) but there's not been any confirmation from Stoke or the Stoke site... YET.

    I know it's not a done deal. But, IF somebody is actually prepared to pay the reputed £11-13mm for Bambi, then it just shows how crazy prices have become in the striker market.

    So does anyone know what happened to Palacios? He was a cracking player season before last. For a while he was getting interest from the likes of Real Madrid and now he's being offloaded to Stoke. You paid more than 10 mio for him didn't you?

    I recall his brother was murdered back in Honduras a while ago. Is his head not in it anymore, or does Harry just not like the bloke? What's happening with Bentley btw?

    His form went to pot after his brother was killed, which is understandable.
    He may be able to rediscover it in a new environment and I think that most Spurs fans will wish him well and hope that he can recover.

    No real news on Bentley.
    Rumours about Fulham and Blackburn, but nothing solid.
