Since she's moved to a different pharmacy it's no where near as easy. 5 years ago it was like being a kid in a sweet shop <laugh>

I know somebody who gets ketamine prescribed over the counter. That stuff would take the pain away alright.

This dudes kidneys were all ****ed up and that's why they were prescribed ketamine and morphine together. Apparently there's less than 20 people in the country prescribed Ketamine.

I know someone who still pisses blood due to ketamine abuse 5-6 years after he stopped taking it.

That ain't a good sign. I've only took the powder a few times with my mates.

I went into a rage one day after a big argument and necked a big drink of the liquid ketamine. I don't how I didn't die, my mate found me on the field an absolute ****ing mess. I couldn't stand up and I didn't know what the **** was going on.

I suffered with severe back pain 20 years ago and had to quit a job that involved heavy work. Spent to weeks flat on my back over Christmas that year taking morphine related pills for the pain. Never again, touch wood.

Which ain’t gonna do your back any favours. Get to a doc, mate, and find out what the damage is. Carrying on lifting risks causing worse damage.

You can still buy co codomol over the counter. I bought some the other week. Take those with the strongest ibuprofen they sell. Then buy some voltorol gel which has declofenac in.

Diclofenac has been linked to heart attacks and strokes. I wouldn't take it personally.

If you need a really good painkiller, ask your Dr to prescribe some Tramodol. It's a weird one in that it doesn't so much take all the pain away rather than it just makes you not give a **** about it, same difference really pain is all in the mind ....

    Amongst other things!

It totally ****ed my small intestine. Amazing drug with unfortunate side effects, like death and debilitating bowel conditions.

Can’t be enough of that ingredient in voltorol gel to do that?

One good thing about Spain you can buy everything over the counter.

Bought naproxen yesterday for my sore ankle.

These were tablets. The gel would be fine.

I used to pop them to ease the pain of osteoarthritis in my toe and knee pain. Everything went away, never so much as as an ache. What I didn't know was it was causing a mad reaction in my small intestine.

Suffered for a good few years, as you know, but reckon it's sorted know and it's mainly due to not touching that stuff anymore. Touch wood it doesn't recur.

    I just endure the pain.

Hence the many injuries I moan about on the fitness thread!

I get diazepam and codeine when my back goes. Doesn’t do much to stop the pain.

Co-Codamol can still be bought over the counter but it’s not very effective.

The idea of a spliff seems appealing.
