Well we were going to go out on the bikes that are at the villa. There is a half decent MTB. A bike with a basket on and a knackered road bike. My Mrs couldn’t get either of the **** ones and could the mtb. I’ve refused to go now as I’m not riding a **** bike. <laugh>

Used to love making hash muffins. Trouble is, they are so tasty you end up eating loads and in an hour or two you're totally twatted :)

Doubt there is much you could buy over the counter other than to combine a couple of over the counter drugs together.

    I don't fooking know, do i appear as though i'm a pharmacist <whistle>

Probably something like Paracetamol and Ibuprofen together. Unless you can buy Codeine over the counter.

Have a spliff, Comm. One of the best painkillers around, my cousin takes it regularly after rugby matches as he gets some sharp back pains, works a treat within minutes he reckons.

Lower back. I just need to block it out for a few more days,, then a few days off may help. Proper hobbling at the minute like.

As far as I know you can get Co-Codamol (a mix of paracetamol and codeine) from a pharmacy.
Think it comes in a few varieties with only the weakest being available without prescription.

Not sure Harry but i think Codeine based drugs were banned as an over the counter medicine this year...not sure if that includes Co-Codamol...if it dosen't then it's going to be low dosage.

Ok, so not bad, but enough pain to stop you working, if you get sick pay you need to rest it for a week at least.
