It's a lovely area mate, beaches are so close. My missus is from Devon and we've been meaninig to move down for a while. Which part of East Devon is the family restaurant in?
Little town called Sidmouth. My family's been going there ever since the early 60s, started with my nan and grandad and for every year they went on holiday for two weeks and took the children. Then their children took us and now we're all young(ish) adults who'll no doubt take our kids once we have them, been family tradition. All of us love it though, so different to our lives in London.
Ah yeah, I know Sidmouth. Lovely little place. As you say, it's so different to London. I live in Plymouth, which is a city with a village attitude. So laid back.
It's still like that mate. Devonport docks and HMNB Devonport. It's where they service the Trident fleet. The City around it is rough. Reckon Blueman must live in some posh suburb.
Plus 42 commando, and got knows who else is based there. You know it's rough when you have Military police wandering all over.
Special forces will be there undoubtedly seeing as Trident is serviced there. It's a military city with a long history of being rough as ****.
Yes, i was quite suprised to hear it reffered to as a city that feels like a village. Unless he meant village of the dammed
Just speaking as I find it. I obviously don't go out in Union Street these days, but I love the place.
