    Good Morning Everyone

Victor Orta is apparantly being head hunted by Deportivo La Coruna as their sporting director.

Its likely the La Liga strugglers will drop out of the top flight,

Spanish news outlet Gol Digital claims that Orta is a prime candidate to take up the sporting director job at Estadio Riazor after Deportivo failed to reach an agreement with both Jordi Lardín and Carmelo del Pozo.

I'm sure we all wish him well.

Noel Whelan has been speaking to the YEP about their performance against Preston.

He said: “I feel like I’m saying the same thing over and over and over again. You can look at positives all you want but the result is what it is, a 3-1 loss. We can’t do jobs properly.

It’s weak. A game is for 90 minutes, not 45. It’s like Groundhog Day, sick and tired of it.”

If and when we lose on Friday, do we expect Heckingbottom to get the axe?

Berardi looks gutted to recieve another red card, doesn't he?

Also, why is it that whereever their is trouble, you can guarantee Jansson will be there?

Over the last dozen years or so has there ever been a more depressing time, especially when the season is still in April?

Whatever happens on Friday has no meaning unless we see a massive turnaround which is unlikely, or a couple of kids get a game and rip it up. PH is no manager or coach as far as I'm concerned, so now wondering how bad some of our players really are, and would they be better with another coaching them. Obviously Thomas would have been a better option and should never have been sacked. At least not sacked until he had fallen down the league to 14th, because sacking him a few points off top 6 and 8th in the league now looks like stupidity in hindsight.

    Good morning

I am confident we will continue to make huge mistakes. The pattern of buying cheap (players and managers) then wasting cash having to get rid seems to be one we are trying to copyright as the Leeds way

Previous seasons we have blamed Bates, GFH and Cellino.... No need to repeat what they did to our club, we all know how they stripped us one way or another.

I don’t know why I can’t bring myself to blame Rads. Are we being unfair on him? Has he tried his best investment wise and had his money spent wrongly and been advised poorly?

Are the stories regarding Orta leaving true? Has Rads spoken to him saying he wants a change of direction and is he offering him the chance of a get out of jail card with a move away which doesn’t blot his CV?

I’m still not going to blame or turn on Rads just yet, he has done a lot for the club off the field and in regards to on the field he has put money in... Recruitment wise there is no doubt it has been spent poorly either in players or coach or both. Either way Orta has a lot to answer for.

Let’s give Rads to a week or two into close season, see what happens in regards to PH and Orta and if Rads hasn’t learned any lessons then we can call for him to sell up and move on.

It’ll probably be on in the hotel but I’m not going to spoil the start of my holiday. Saying that if we win lose or draw it means absolutely nothing. Now it is all about what happens next, between now and June, keep the Orta and PH combo and it’s going to be a long 12 months.

A win would be a disaster because we all know the club is being run totally ineptly and the worst thing that could happen is that cracks (chasms) be papered over.
I understand why some say they could never want Leeds to lose. But this season is over and for the long term good it would be much better if Rad had no reason to doubt what a clusterfuck he has made of things thus far.

Yep, I agree about your season petering out ristac - it's a shame. Last half dozen games tend to mean nothing to middle table teams.

Perhaps they should introduce playoffs for the relegation spots to keep your season going?

Morning all. Whelan is spot on. I wonder how long before someone questions his Leeds credentials though?

When you start to see a road out of the gloom like we did last season, and the team finishes 7th. Then the new owner buys the ground back and brings in 16 new players and then you start the season on fire and go top of the league, the owner says the plan is Premier League within 2 seasons and a minimum of top 6 this season. ........ Then booooom everything goes teets up by Xmas, so a new manager brought in at a cost of £500k and he turns out to be Hockadays worse brother. There's the problem Radz faces now and until the end of he season and all through the Summer. Anyone brought in will have questions asked of them due to what happened last Summer. Depressing

The only thing you can question is,was he any better ? A player of great skill and promise who mainly disappointed and drifted into lower leagues.
