    Hard question that..night shifts are unique where we all usually contemplate about life and chill the **** out a bit

    Day shifts can be some serious bomb throwing

    Yeah spot on this night, not much happens that late on. But wake up late on a day during the week and you can miss **** loads.

    I would prefer days, but have always had a weird body clock where am more comfortable with nights

    I was bored n had to entertain myself somehow

    Besides I got early start tomorrow, got to go Derby, then straight work then swimming so getting my fix<laugh>

    Had been getting up early as teaching times changed during easter hols.

    Some schools start back tomorrow so back to evenings

    Dayshift is full off conflict, and get upset over anything. Nightshift don't give a **** about owt.

    Funnily enough I wanted to hire a local pool for family and friends. Works out cheaper too of you get enough people and as it's all mates it could be a laugh

    Really surprised how many said no because they can't swim

    Not saying I'm Michael Phelps but I can swim. One mights in his 40's one i n his 30's and can't swim. Few younger can't either

    And round our ways we have canals and lakes which are quite busy most times.

    I know its not the ocean but still basics are important, like you say

    Not like we did, or I did. Its all messed IP now with money and time and liability.

    We used to start at a certain point and ho virtually once a week. Now its set weeks then done or something. Useless
