- you would have breached said contract by refusing to hand it over. - it doesn't specify physically confiscate. Voiding it would be confiscating the use of it. Anyway I'm leaving work now and have no interest in adding to pages of pointless theoretical discussions in my own time. I had decided not to get involved the minute I saw mention of 'mute point'.
You couldn’t make all this bollocks up even if you really tried could you! **** me, Ehab’s really gone to town on this. I hope the ****ing ground is empty next season.
The crowds will never return to full capacity. People where used to paying £450 ish for a season pass. By allowing adults season passes at £250 per season it has in return created the impression that there will be massive increases when in fact it isn' t in some cases. Sparce times ahead I think whilst younsters find other clubs to follow
No; if that were the case I would post as often as you and be a great deal more pointed. I was under the impression there was a conversation, sharing views, but you chose to have a second dig (It's there) and I pointed that out and, clearly, you don't like that. You say we share a similar view, but which one of yours do you mean, as you like to play the field, Dennis. Have you made a decision yet? Don't answer that, as I recognise it's your posting style; maybe it makes you look clever...
As of April 2nd. And as always with the Allams you need to read the words very carefully and note that they didn't say which year.
Surely they would be carrying club photo ID cards, that prove their membership status? I, like others, wonder about the practicality of this across the full event's attendance, but it is the only half-sane way of proposing ID terms.
The membership cards would have no photo on them initially and you'd have to have another form of photo ID (it's all on the club website).
Okay, thanks; in that case I believe they have a problem in upholding it as a requirement of their policing policy. If it were challenged it would be considered legally unreasonable and would be ignored, whether someone signed up to it or not - it is only one part of a membership contract and wouldn't be considered the be all and end all.
