Just watching Sky News and seen the report about Ellie Butler which includes a clip of her father shouting at her and making her stand to attention. She looked like she had a black eye. I hope the ****’s prison life is utter hell.
Same here. I haven't had a smoke for over a year, but when I do I get loads of ideas and my mind is going full tilt. Never understood those people who say they have a smoke to relax before going to bed. I just lay there awake concocting all sorts of crazy plans
I saw that clip on the BBC news feed. ****ing broke my heart seeing that little girl standing there. What sort of evil **** does that to their own daughter ? ****ing abomination of a human being.

Made an amateur mistake though. Smoked my last spliff about 3-4pm and have nothing to go home to. Sorting a draw at 7am with no phone and having not smoked it for nearly two years could be problematic.
I remember taking some acid years ago and coming up with a brilliant idea about a bike light that could charge itself whilst you pedalled. I had it all worked out and then my mate reminded me that dynamos had been around for ****ing donkeys years. Proper spun me out when I realised that I'd spent hours thinking I'd come up with an amazing invention
The only thing that I used to find that would mong me out was sticky black. After a bout of the giggles that was. Pretty much all green I've smoked just makes me hyper alert.

Listened to a great documentary on Radio 4 about Dr King a couple of weeks ago. Just been the 50th anniversary since his assassination. Didn't realise he was only 39 when he was murdered.
don;t encourage them saffy. we have 2 members on here who are into self mutilation. both have managed to self inflict injuries on their knobs.
