    Keeping my fingers crossed for Fulham. If they can keep the run going, I question Cardiff´s ability to respond to the pressure applied, but as things stand, the ball is still in Cardiff´s court and there´s one consdierable obstacle facing Fulham - a very in-form Millwall. Twists and turns to come.

    "Stuff" is one of the most useful words in the wardrobe of the English language. There is a presenter on Talk Radio Europe who uses the word a lot on his programme. So Roma are giving Barca a good stuffing, while Manchester City look completely stuffed.

    This has to be the surprise result of the round, unless Sevilla manage to win in Múnich tomorrow!! Well done Roma. So 4 of the most expensively assessembled teams in Europe (PSG, Manchester City, Manchester United and now Barcelona) have been found wanting

    Not if Real have their way. They are very long in the tooth, ooze massive experience and can impose their own game on the opposition, as opposed to Liverpool imposing theirs on Real. I did foresee a Liverpool v Bayern final but I sincerely hope Real make it all the way to make it numero doce (or trece)
