I think this idea that you need to spend to create success is a fallacy. I honestly believe that you need to scout the right talent and coach them properly. You take Snodgrass and Becchio they cost us nothing but they got to the Premier League cos we scouted the right talent and them coached them properly. If you have a Blackwell or Hockawally then a player is going to tumble and do badly.

Makes you wonder doesnt it. How many managers get sacked when just outside play offs? Yes I had problems with his team selections and the way he treated Klich and others especially in a team where Dms had gone missing. 3 players were brought in at the January window and on paper all decent yet all are out injured. LDB started great and looked the biz but then ........ Forshaw arrived injured but it was obvious he was our best player and Roberts hasnt played yet and will also be out until next season. There was a huge change somewhere within the club and obviously stemming from Radz who was dissapointed with what had happened after a great start to the season. Whatever happened hasnt stopped and has only got worse with the appointment of PH, season over from Jan 1st

Couldnt agree more but look whats happening with our coaching as we have players who have gone backwards. We have a set piece coach yet 45% of the goals conceded come from set pieces. A new manager can do that but not this one

Agreed but that's what happens when you get your coach from Barnsley

The more I think about it the more I'm convinced that Radz overreacted to a couple of results around New Year. However much some people say our form dipped from October onwards the results and points gathered during December prove we were on the right track.

It would appear Radz considered Top 6 to be underachieving and wasn't satisfied that a large part of the squad weren't being utilized. To his untrained eye he probably thought all it needed was better player rotation and that freshness alone would lift us towards the automatic promotion spots. Also I'm now convinced he started to exert pressure from above both on the coaching staff and the players. This was probably done through Orta who one would imagine is his conduit. You can just see it know with Orta having his arm around TC and saying the big man upstairs is not happy but don't worry I've got your back.

This lack of patience, understanding and foresight resulted in our season imploding so catastrophically that all the good work done by TC has been replaced by an absolute shambles with another summer of upheaval the likely outcome. The sensible and competent strategy would have been to show faith in your coach and take as much pressure off as possible by talking about building again for next season should we miss out this time.

Radz made all the right noises about supporting the coach and the players but in reality when push came to shove he sacked his coach and has publicly criticized the dressing room. Whilst that might have made him feel better it has proved to be a very costly error of judgment.

Problem we have now is this: Does Radz hold his hands up and say sorry I got it wrong again? Doubt it unless PH fails to take any points at all. Or does he open the cheque book and say go on then show me

You have bigger problems than that Doc.
Last season Radcellini had to put £14M into the club to keep you afloat according to your accounts, he has since claimed that the wage bill has gone up by £7M this season.
You have lots of below average players on very long contracts, and I suspect you will have to sell before you buy.
Would you be happy to sell either Saiz or Jannson and trust Orta to get 3/4 good players with the money raised?

Rubbish again TC,gate reciepts up,sponsorship up,no rent to pay on ground, catering will be up,payments for Wood,Taylor still owed, and if Rose leaves Spurs as seems likely another 5-6 million. You on the other hand, will have a 5-10 million loss,**** crowds,no players with a value above £500,000.Selling your ground to McDonalds is the only hope, lucky for you that sale looks like going through soon.<ok>

You had an operating loss of £9M - You still owe Cellino £5M, You still owe GFH £8.5M, Rad had to lend you £14.5M, Wages have gone up £7M.
The Wood and Taylor money just about cover Rad's loan.
Don't worry about us mate - our wages are 30% of what yours are <laugh>

The one thing I believe that chippy gets right is that Radz is a PR man and I think he panicked under supporter pressure. The one reason the season fell apart is that TC lost player discipline, the fact we have had so many red cards for the least hard man Leeds squad in years shows this. For those that go regularly, do you think the football was better under TC?

Funny that, your accounts say you owe him £85 million 550 thousand, you lost £5.8 million and your wages account for 94% of income <yikes> its impossible for you to get out of debt and flats where your ground is,is the only hope.
PS Think your owner has already said you need to move to Gillingham way.<ok>
