Cba to check if this has already been posted, but if it has, just delete this thread. I hope Joey reads it at some point.

That writer ought to be getting splinters from that fence he's sitting on.

Maybe, but that is the situation. Its a winner for QPR if he stays out of bother and somehow maintains his good season form for his four year deal (some of which may end up being in the Championship), it not he's a liability and a terrible knock on the image of the club.

Great article, although I assume many on this board will dismiss the writer as an 'Ashley lover'.

Well written indeed, cheers for posting. I wish people would pay attention to this part:

And I also wish people would stop calling him a 'reader of philosophy' simply because he retweeted some random quotes which were mostly so clearly unrelated to any point he may have had that it was almost funny.

Especially given that his new image was not of his own design anyway...

Yeah, read this yesterday. Definitely a good, balanced article. When did he criticise Hughton, though? Can't remember that.

Exactly. Best way to rid yourself of the mindless thug persona is to hire a PR man who looks in Chapter 1 of his How to be a PR man book and tells you to quote some philosophers.
