All week I've been depressed about the state of football offered up so far. Lack of goals, Bruce's tactics, players not performing. Anyone who's asked me during the week what I thought the score would be and I've said 2-0 to Swansea. Why is it then that I've just had a spare moment waiting for the lassie to shop (for shoes which is a painful, painful experience) so I wandered to the nearest bookies which happened to be a Betfred and stuck £30 quid on us to win! Why does my beloved SAFC force me into such irrational behaviour!! Come on lets stuff the f**kers!!!
I'm in no way superstitious, but for the life of me can't work out in which way, my bets are definitely effecting the result. Just in case today is going to be bet free.
Asamoah Gyan 11/2 Stephane Sessegnon 13/2 Ji Dong-Won 15/2 Connor Wickham 8/1 Craig Gardner 10/1 Sebastian Larsson 12/1 Ahmed El-Mohamady 18/1
I think he is more likely to score running onto the ball, rather than having it static at his feet. That's why I would much prefer him to be coming from deep.
