All week I've been depressed about the state of football offered up so far. Lack of goals, Bruce's tactics, players not performing.

Anyone who's asked me during the week what I thought the score would be and I've said 2-0 to Swansea.

Why is it then that I've just had a spare moment waiting for the lassie to shop (for shoes which is a painful, painful experience) so I wandered to the nearest bookies which happened to be a Betfred and stuck £30 quid on us to win!

Why does my beloved SAFC force me into such irrational behaviour!! :undecided:

Come on lets stuff the f**kers!!!

What odds did you get? I'm waiting to see the team that's put out before I chuck a ten spot on them.

Its because SAFC are like an only daughter. No man(ager) is good enough for her!

I'm in no way superstitious, but for the life of me can't work out in which way, my bets are definitely effecting the result. :p
Just in case today is going to be bet free. <ok>

I've backed us as well, on a treble with Everton & Wigan.

Aye I'd agree with that like, as long as Brucie doesn't have him in defence! <laugh>

I was thinking it might be worth a punt. Not a bad price for Sess - he has got to score soon

I think he is more likely to score running onto the ball, rather than having it static at his feet.
That's why I would much prefer him to be coming from deep.

You are right there the sooner we get a striker playing up with Gyan the better
