I can’t see Vettel’s tyres surviving any kind of pressure late in the race,

 

I'd be inclined to pit Hamilton now and let him charge.

 

I like that but only 11 laps left so 16 + 24 sec can't see him being able to do that. Pity

 

Finally Lewis told to put hammer down. I thought I team had said -1.2 sec suggesting he was in danger earlier. But sounds like comms to lewis suffering, I suspect telemetry not working correctly.

 

if the regs allowed them to race properly, Lewis wouldn't need to know how hard he is allowed to push, he should just be able to go for it.
