That was a big crowd for Chelsea 30 years ago though. Sorry, but Chelsea shouldn't give it large about crowds.

This your ground capacity is 41,600 plus .... you have had 8 matches below 41,000.

Yep every match since 2004, one wonders what your attendances would be without the heavy discounting. <laugh>

You clearly don't sell out every match if you have attendances below 41,000...and why since 2004?

    #plasticgloryhunters <whistle>

At the risk of being serious in a wumfest...all clubs run the risk of what is happening at arsenal. They are taking fans for granted...pricing them out of big games. When you are doing well the plastics will come but when you struggle they bugger off but real fans can not afford the tickets so you are left with thousands of empty seats.

Arsenal FC are making themselves look stupid and cheating their real fans by claim 59,000 attendances when you can see that the real attendance is around 40,000.

Spurs at Wembley is an odd experience. Noisey fans are spread out, the ground does not hold a chant so it is actually difficult to get a real atmosphere unless it is a cup semi final or final where the ground is shared 50:50 so chants do not have to travel around the ground.
Genuinely do not understand how they made such a poor ground atmosphere wise.

Then there is getting out of there. On an average game it takes 45 mins to an hour to get into the tube station. On a big match it can be close to 90 mins.

It does put people off going to "smaller games".

I genuinely think that if Chelsea have to play there for 4 or 5 seasons as is bring suggested it will be a terrible experience for fans.
