Yeah, about time the success-starved United fans had their day in the sun eh? I would love City to turn it round against the Mickeys next week. That would be properly funny.
I think City fans are fine, and preferable to the United lot. I was ambivalent before Wednesday's game, but the bus thing and the booing during the game were not worthy of Liverpool and made me want City to turn them over.
I hate everything City stand for, backed by the wealth of a nation and basically buying their success. No-one wants to see a club so totally dominant so the last two matches have pricked their smug bubble. I hope the Scousers finish the job on Tuesday...

Much like United then. Or Chelsea. Or any other 'big' club. I've always disliked the media fawning over Liverpool fans as 'proper' football fans. They showed their true nature last Wednesday. Just the same as when we went up there for the second leg of the League Cup semi-final in 1986. I was at the game and watched the TV coverage the next day, when they said what great fans they were for applauding Rangers off the pitch. Some of them did maybe, but the rest of them were lining the streets to throw bricks at our coaches.
Heard quite a few on the radio phone-ins this week and every other one seemed to have a London accent, bet most of them wouldn't know who Lee, Summerbee and Bell were...
