You should go beyond that point for an explanation. The gang problem in Glasgow was cleared up years ago when the money and political will to do so was there. There were no ******s crying racism because most of the gang members were white. Look what's happened in this country in the last 20 years or so: everything's cut back - police numbers, public spending, benefits to the poorest in society, community spending etc. Add that to the problems that London already faced and of course you're going to witness high crime rates in certain areas. Why don't they have armed police and stop and search? They cut back 20,000 police officers in the space of a few years. Do you think this government gives a **** that poor people are killing each other? Do you think they're going to spend money arming the police and employing more to enforce stop and search?
Black men aren't being demonized in the narrative though, it's white men. Black men are immune because they have oppression points. This gives you a sense of not being responsible for your own actions. There's a serious problem within the black community in London. It's not racist to say that. These people are no worse off than poor white people. The breakdown of the family unit, pushed by Feminists. And this is where we are.
The police do use Stop and Search in London. It's an absolute myth that the Old Bill are afraid to stop young black males for fear of being branded racist. Some black people will use the race card at the first opportunity, but I doubt that would get them anywhere with Old Bill in London. Some well meaning middle class liberals might be afraid of being accused of racism, but middle class liberals is not a demographic from which Plod tends to be drawn. The only reason cozzers in London might hesitate to stop and question gangs on the streets at night is because they might not fancy the ****ing odds. Given that there are 20,000 fewer police on the streets now than there were when the Tories came to power in 2010, it's hard to blame them for not getting out of their cars when driving past Broadwater Farm at midnight. It's also probably no coincidence that youth services in London have had their funding cut by 40% since 2010.

There was a spate of knife killings when my son was a teenager, over 10 years ago. I used to **** myself every time he went out. Shepherds bush, just googled so it might have been White City. Guy was very quiet at the start so I think he got chased out of London. After about a month he was loving it, out in the local clubs and bars. Decent sort tbh. He's still knocking about the Antrim Road. He was getting stick about being a darkie and asked me what to do. I sent him to the local leg rearranges and it's fine. Thing is though a black guy might be called a ****** by his neighbours but the same neighbours would back him up to their death.
