You monster. I would've smashed that plate in, probably has less on it than my usual fry up tbh. But fish fingers are ****ing disgusting.

 

I was going for the healthy option

 

Going to a Brazilian restaurant for lunch today.

I intend to eat a lot of meat.

 

If the meat isn’t clean shaven it’s no Brazilian.

 

Going to have the meat sweats tonight.

 

So how was the Brazilian?

 

Was good. And I have got the meat sweats.

You’d love it there!! They just keep bringing various bbq’d meat to the table.

 

Was it spicy?

 

No.

 

So what made it different to any other bbq meal?

Whats recommended?

 

We have an Egyptian place in town. Anyone know anything about this kind off stuff?

 

Egyptian food is great - typical middle eastern. lamb, Hummus etc. The Sunderland version might be a little different - they probably serve it with cheesy chips!

Had a party at our place on Saturday and Mrs decided to serve all traditional Indonesian food. Being the only bule there I was obliged to try it all. Loved the Beef Gulai with Roti Jala (Beef Curry with lacy Bread thing). Rujak was also nice (fresh fruit with spicy peanut sauce. Sop Kaki Kambing (Sheeps Foot Soup) was tasty but meat a bit chewy though.

Had a mixed biryani, very nice.

 

It’s not one of those low an slow type places.

There is a salad bar and an area of traditional Brazilian food which you can help yourself to.

You then get a card with a red side and a green side. If your card is on green the waiters keep bringing freshly bbq’d meats to your table and carving you off chunks, you get sirloin , rump, brisket, lamb, ribs, pork loin, chicken, weird sausage.

There’s loads.

 

There's a place like that in Cardiff I'll have to try.

 

It’s worth a go. I ate loads.

Safe to say my **** stinks this morning.

 

I had Indian so mines the same.
