The UK has gone to **** and the blame for it is...University education. The police force have been actively promoting the recruitment of graduates for the last two decades. If your not a graduate you have very little chance of getting picked for inclusion . Non graduates are asked to work as special constables for at least a year before they will even be considered. Given the fact that the vast majority of UGs still come from a privileged background we now have a police force who have no clue on how the real world operates. They go from Uni to police college to patrolling the our city streets with not a fùcking clue what they are doing or how to interact with real people. Worse than that the people who are in charge of them went down the same the route and the politicians running the show did the same. Any **** who thinks like ST need not apply is the way we need to go.
I have to say that I judge people by religion/race, but usually name, which means I can hate ****s in the newspaper without looking at their pictures. What is not to like about that?
Watching Channel 4 news they are talking about the gender pay gap. The example was Ryanair paying men more than women on average , cabin crew don't get as much as pilots and there are more male pilots ... Institutional sexism dictating the roles .

It's a myth that Indians are good with computers. Twas true 15-20 years ago when India (and other countries) invested heavily in tech institutes. Now they are merely average and the only jobs they can get are ones like what Toby duz - i.e. lackeys.
