A lot of game gets like that, the solid one is rabbitt love that stuff. I fry it in onion and garlic then add a bottle of white wine and just leave it for an hour.

    That sounds good.

Mind if you just use piss rather than wine you go all bear grylls style.

I've done it on the BBQ in the Summer, popped a wok on there and cooked it outdoors.

Can't knock the british. Anything above freezing, a bit off sun, and out comes the bbq.

I can’t make my mind up about rabbit. I’ve had a couple of lovely rabbit dishes and a couple of absolute shockers. I can’t decide whether I’m a fan or not, and I generally like game.

Cook it long in stews or like I mentioned and it's really nice, when pan fried or roasted it doesn't hold up so well.

I saw a programme once where they used this huge pan in the middle of a square and fed a crowd of people and that had rabbit and snails.
I've tried the French snails (minging) some Portugese guy talked me into trying their version and they are just as bad. No need for it.

    Nepalese curry tonight.

Best 'Indian' curry I've ever tasted, which is a fair old statement to make.
