She was a good lass Minxy. I think the sunderland board got a free ride because of Syd. It was imo the best board this forum ever had. If you like a board full of psycho's that is.

Agreed. That's the problem with some posters on here who always support fellow club mates regardless.
Same goes for the endless bickering among rival fans. It just gets tedious.

I think we all do it when it comes to football chit chat..it's almost natural considering we are bound to agree with fellow fans more than some wum agenda. That's why it's a whole different dynamic on the Club boards. There, in principle we are all wanting the best for our club...so a disagreement is a genuine concern not a wum agenda. When it comes to non football debate...then it's odd to side with someone just because of the team they support.

Some boards are sensitive if you don't support the club. So on the spurs thread I said lloris is a great shot stopper but doesn't give me confidence as a keeper. Loads agreed. Now say that about say karius or cech

 

90% of the time it's fine, good humoured banter. Plus it'll be boring as hell if we all agreed about everything all the time.
It's only on the rare occasion that it spoils a decent thread and that it then becomes tedious.
