it was good to have a lot of players behind the ball when we defended if we play more forwards they rarely seem to link up in attack so maybe a lot of defenders is the way to go?
1 was enough today after the stressful day I've had, stuck for 8 hours in my car on M62. Got home to find we were 1 - nil down, but a great result in the end, and brill stream, thanks Brady. And chill. Btw, the cheeky twat didn't even go over the barrier and find a bush, just stood there next to my car and on his way back to his lorry gave me a big "thumbs up". At least I think that's what it was, didn't have my specs on.
One more win will seal survival I think. Can’t see Barnsley winning four of their last 7 and catch us on 44 points.
Viking have a commentator who doesn't support city and a co comm ***an/Hughes who are real city fans who do support and are good at their job. Exact opposite of humberside.
Well done, tell me about that draw before the game i wouldn't believe, but now it's sad to concede late goal. Point is packed.
I know I'm saying nothing new, but Viking's coverage is just a complete joke. I only caught about 20 minutes tonight but in that time there was 2 minutes of debate about where Bowen would play before it was determined that it wasn't actually him who'd been subbed on, then with 10 minutes to go the feed died and was replaced by a full time recap (the game hadn't finished), then we got a bit of both; the full time recap and the live commentary at the same time. Wolves equalised during this spell which was particularly confusing. Then it all cut out and we got music instead. At one point he even said the wrong radio station before pausing and then calmly restarting his sentence without even acknowledging the error. "You're listening to Signal... You're listening to Viking FM." And it's not like it's a one off. They completely missed the first game of the season, and are routinely baffled by the identities of City players. (Number 21, Number 5, etc.) I'm half expecting him to call us Yorkshire Orange at some point. Mind you it's bad enough that he calls us Hull constantly, probably by order of Ehab.
Given what we all know about the Allams, does anyone on here not suspect they're behind this lack of communication? Humberside have provided a commentary on our games for as long as I can remember. I listened to games on there when I was 8 or 9 years old. They want money for their product. 'Pay up or **** off' is their motto. Nigel Adkins is doing a great job under extremely difficult circumstances.
No he's not, he's a clueless twonk. Wolves were missing key players tonight and it showed, if we'd have rocked up with a proper team I think there's a good chance we'd have won.
Not seen any of the match. Just seen the goals on Telly. Theirs didn't look a pen, ours did. Well done to nige. Bizarre team selection but it worked and we seem to have more than held our own.
Four standouts for Hull City on a night when impressive team display earns vital point at Wolves - ratings Philip Buckingham gives his verdict on the performance of the City players following a 20-2 draw at Wolverhampton Wanderers. I know it’s a typo but it made me piss.....it could only be . Hull Daily ****ing Mail....
They seem to have a knack for making sure the typo occurs in the most crucial part of the sentence. I remember one a while ago that said "...if he'd been stabbed just a few inches later...".

Barely troubled behind a well-drilled defence until Rasmussen’s header proved unstoppable. 7 Fikayo Tomori: A first start since the uncertain showing at Middlesbrough and it initially threatened to be a tough night up as Wolves regularly found joy down their left. Recovered well but the equaliser came down his flank. 6 Michael Hector: Fell for Jota’s dummy when bringing down the Portuguese forward inside the box but defended manfully against the Championship’s best attack. Almost netted a headed goal when striking the outside of the post. 7 Angus MacDonald (starman): Another start for the January signing and stood up well against a dangerous forward line. Assured and calm in the middle and repelled countless attacks. Will be a tough man to drop again on the back of this. 8 Max Clark: The left-back did not always find it easy up against a slick Wolves attack out wide but always kept switched on against relentless pressure. That Cavaleiro was kept on the fringes of the game was a feather in his cap. 7 please log in to view this image Max Clark celebrates Hull City's second goal Ola Aina: Pushed higher up the pitch as a right winger in front of Tomori and offered both cover and an attacking outlet. Lurked at the back post to cause problems from deep centres and almost snatched a goal. 8 David Meyler: Replaced Larsson in City’s engineroom and it was his appetite chasing possession that helped bring about his equaliser from the spot. Tireless running in support of isolated forwards and showed his leadership qualities. 8 please log in to view this image David Meyler of Hull City celebrates scoring from the penalty spot during the Championship match at Molineux Markus Henriksen: Retained in City’s midfield and provided the discipline that gave his side a compact shape. Wolves occasionally passed around him but there is a growing bite to the Norwegian’s play. He does not want the season to end. 8 Stephen Kingsley: The long-awaited comeback was surprisingly as a left winger and the unfamiliar role was designed to give City’s left side greater protection. The Scot did well before tiring in the second half before being replaced. 7 Jon Toral: Given the crucial task of linking up play between a deep midfield and an isolated attack and did the job well when often outnumbered. One superb pass gave Aina a second-half chance before he was replaced by Irvine. 7 Nouha Dicko: Called in from the periphery to start against his former club and was eager to make his mark. Often left isolated up against a three-man defence but never stopped running to offer an outlet and apply pressure. 6 Subs: Jackson Irvine (for Toral 61): Not what Wolves wanted to see, showing desire and energy in the final third. 6 Kamil Grosicki (for Dicko 64): Made his point to Adkins with a dynamic cameo and set up City’s second with excellent wing play. 7 Fraizer Campbell (for Kingsley 70): Almost ended his goal drought when Bennett turned into his own net. 6 Subs not used: David Marshall, Ondrej Mazuch, Jarrod Bowen, Kevin Stewart
I haven’t listened to Viking since one early game when they were still learning about the new and complicated game called football It sounds a right laugh...I might have to give them another go when I can’t get to see Nigel Adkins black and orange army live
I'd be amazed if the coverage lasts beyond this season. It's unprofessional. I wish I could be that **** at my job and everyone just shrugs the shoulders and we just go again.
We couldn't beat focking Barnsley @ home.... We go 3-1 down against Norwich @ home but somehow turn it around We smash Ipswich 3-0 away Follow that up with losing against bloody Birmingham with 3-0 When traveling away to the league leaders, yeah, then we just about get all 3 points So....with the ongoing City logic I guess QPR will smash us @ home next game?
