    The people calling Barton names on twitter are just making themselves look like absolute arseholes to be honest.

    Then again if its true that he signed yesterday and has been having us on I condone it completely.

    poor old joey, how badly we've treat him for his paltry 60grand a week, standing by him when he was banged up,letting us and shearer down when he got sent off for a stupid challenge that may or may not have cost us our premier league status etc. bollox to him patronising tw8t!!

    Sorry for bumping but didn't want to make a new thread.

    The one thing that has annoyed me most about it is that he has given us less than a week to get in a replacement.If he had done it a couple of weeks ago I would have been more content with it.

    His debut is likely to be against us, which could end in a red for Joey. I am pleased by the way he has turned things round, he was only going one way 2 years ago, but now he has gone lets agree to say f**k him, and lets focus on those that want to play for us, good luck and good ridance.
