Yeah - you are right, tomorrow will be our first "real" Premier League game at home. The away end was only about one-third full with Wigan - tomorrow will be different, and the atmosphere I guess will be terrific. I fully expect that Sunderland will be challenging for/in the top half of the PL. Most (if not all us) Jacks would be delighted with 17th - but we know that will be tough, especially if we lose tomorrow. All the best !
Sound words them mate & I really do hope you survive this 1st season. Used to visit your City quite often a while back when I was doing promotional photography for a leading bingo hall chain. Great place & sound people. You have done the place proud & hopefully will continue to do so..
Sinclair is the key mate, if he can get it going , i think Graham will get goals. Your gonna concede a few, but just don't let that bother you, you have a bit about you, and you've got a chance.
Jorvik & Brucey, Thanks for the kind words. Big day tomorrow (today now !!) for Alan Tate - from the Sunderland area & a supporter - although I guess he will be on the bench. Also for Colin Pascoe (on the Coaching staff here) who used to play for you. Hopefully, we will be hosting you in the PL next season - if not, we will have enjoyed the ride while it lasted !! Night lads!
Guys what I couldn't understand today was why 10 minutes in, your fans started fighting amongst yourselves. All in all, 2 points lost for us, 1 point gained for you. Anyway, good luck for the rest of the season!!
