Unless we're safe I wonder if he'd want to change fullbacks this late in the season? It's not as though Kingsley shone when he was fit.

I think Max Clark is one of his favourites. You can't tell me that Tomori is not a much better player... and yes I know LB is not his preferred position, but then its not Max Clarks either.

I was pleased to see the 40 points come up yesterday. I hope another win and a draw will see us ok but I am sure two wins will do. Nige will have an eye on who he can play next year and with the Chelsea lads returning he might prefer Clark just to get further experience for next time. Very telling interview with Bruce after the game. He really does understand City and the Allams. No contact all summer with a manager who has just secured promotion back into the big league. Very telling indeed. I suspected we are going to be in for lean times this summer as the family continues to cut and save. Can’t understand how anyone can object to protests against the ownership. They clearly have no interest or idea.

They were good from the start of the half, it must be a possibility Adkins gave them hell at half time.

That was under Slutsky too though when the whole defence didn't look good at all.

He should give them hell at the start then and we can play for 90 minutes instead of the usual 45.

It was the same under Bruce, players get so much money now they probably need a couple of shoutings at to perform. Maybe that's what Warnock does.

Kneel Worncock comes over as a bit of twat but he gets his lads playing the full 90 or they can be sure they will get the rough end of his tongue.

I think he's got multiple styles. He yells when he needs to but puts his arm around them also when needed. Some he makes train with the kids. Others he tells their out the door.

Whichever they get they either crawl over hot coals for him or leave. Haven't heard any of our current crop complain.

No superstars either. Some are cast offs from other clubs.

Some Leeds fans think bamba is an imposter.

He was a pain in the arse when he managed teams against us, but he' s done a great job for us this last 18 months.

I thought the linesmen and ref where terrible it was like any time a Villa player fell over he gave a free kick, then they both bottled the penno.

So much better second half, Dawson was immense but we sat deeper which suits him. If Bowen had a right foot he’d be worth a lot of money.

Don’t get the booing former players thing, Elmo and Snodgrass where good servants, Elmo more so.

I think the TV commentators said Aston Villa hadn't had a penalty against them all season? Even on the Villa forum they said the ref favoured them in the game.

To Elmo and Snodders credit they did applaud all 4 stands at the end.

You are right. It is his way or on your way. You certainly can’t argue with his position in the table compared to ours.

Good servants? A ****in sicknote who wanted away as soon as his knee was ok. Don't tell me the good servant would have declined the years option if the **** was still on crutches.

Elmo? Didn't give a **** for two years.

    Good servants??? Pah

Did Bruce wave, that would have been the icing on your cake. A few seat backs lobbed at the twats would have been appropriate

That’s the cinical view. He’s hardly been injured after the one off freak knee injury, he played for us nearly a season and a bit, and he’s never been injured hardly for anyone since. Hardly a sick note. He’s on over 50k a week we couldn’t give him that, tell me anyone who would refuse that and stay at the **** storm here?

Elmo was brilliant for 3 years and average for the rest. Give me that right now and I’d be happy, hardly and reason to boo either.

All snoddy has done throughout his career is jump ship everytime some cash was flashed. He's no loyalty to anyone. He served us well but jumped ship as soon as he'd been injury free long enough to get a move
