They beat Wigan though. The bloke is a complete charlatan. He’ll escape any blame for it when they go and somehow rock up at Swansea or something in six months.
Really unfortunate for Stoke that a gust of wind blew Ozil over in the box there. They’d been looking good.
on the weekend of our annual pointless visit the Chelsea every rival team has won...weekends like this make me hate the footballing Gods .... utter bastards
Watch Morata TM have his best game of the season. we NEVER get a result there. In the last 29 years we have played 30 matches there...28 league and 2 cup and have not won a single one of them. comfortable 2 or 3 nil home win ... just glad they can't go above us tonight
Chelsea have had 51 different goalscorers against Tottenham in the Premier League (excluding own goals), more than any team has had against another in the competition. (BBC Football) What a disgraceful stat!
"For Chelsea to overturn Tottenham's current five-point advantage it's probably imperative that they win - which is what they often do against Spurs. Chelsea are, after all, the only team to beat Spurs at Wembley this season in the league - and won there against Pochettino's side in the Cup semi-final last season too. Then there was the infamous 2016 battle of the Bridge when Chelsea ended Spurs' title hopes." (Steve Wilson, BBC Football Live commentary) @The Ginger Finger Now, that is how you wum, Skiddy.
I think Spurs have got over their issues at Wembley and they have produced some good results there now. We talk about Pochettino as a great manager but he hasn’t won any silverware to put on the shelf. You look at Conte at Chelsea and he has already won the Premier League. Until Pochettino gets his hands on a trophy he maybe shouldn’t be regarded as such a good manager. (Shay Given, BBC Football Live) Yawn.
Firstly it's the Ginger Finger Leslie and you know what? We are all still laughing along with Leicester City fans how we broke your hearts and made you all cry.
Everybodies telling you that but you Spuds are insanely inbred you think he is the second coming like AVB was.
@Skiddy Who do you think Dembele is going to rough-up today? I reckon that Kante and Hazard could both come in for some "afters."
