The ref ruined what could have been a good fight. Not sure why they let Kevin Spacey referee boxing anyway!
Respect to Parker, he’s a tough guy and at times overcame AJ’s height and reach advantage. Ref was dire.
AJ does talk a good fight though. I would love to have seen some more close-in work, but the ref seemed to want to stop them hurting each other.
I like Joshua because he is the exception to the rule that all boxers are loudmouths. Pre-fight interviews and face offs are just embarrassing....I am very grateful for the mute button when ever a big fight is coming up.
Great weekend for Irish rugby yet again with Leinster and Munster both reaching the semis of the Champions Cup. Good to see Scarlets there as well. So what are we hoping for , an all Ireland final or the Scarlets against one of the Irish provinces. The French can go and get lost until they learn how to play attractive flowing rugby like NZ and Oz!
Augusta golf course has announced a women's amateur event. Nice. The man making the announcement was asked what the prize would be as the male winner of the Masters get the green jacket. You could see that suddenly everyone became aware that they might be on thin ice with a crack opening up. Was smart enough to reply that there would be a prize worthy of the event. Wipe sweat from forehead.
Just caught up on the Commonwealth games. England just leading the medal table above Australia....with strong performances in the pool, gold medal in men's gymnastic team event. Silver medal in women's event for England, but the Brownlee brothers surprisingly did not medal in the men's triathlon. Splitting up the GB team gives more chances for up and coming athletes in the home countries to gain experience in a major competition. Norfolk Island got a medal in bowls....brilliant for a place with only 1700 people. Apparently they speak Norfuk....a cross between 18th century English and Tahitian.
I hope Kenya get plenty of clean sweeps in both the men´s and women´s races from the 800m to the marathon to prove that they are a class above the rest. Vamos Kenya!!!! We love your athletes. Kip Keino was the emperor, so let´s continue the tradition.
https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/worl...-bus-at-barclays/ar-AAvwYRc?OCID=ansmsnnews11 Conor McGregor charged with criminal damage after a bus was trashed. Is it open season on buses?
I feel embarrassed he's from the country I'm from...An absolute degenerate. Thought most of the things he did were pure publicity but I'd say he's coked up to the eyeballs 24/7
