  6. Not easy but take each day at a time. Lollie has good days and bad so I tend to go with the flow and give my love & support. My new avatar photo is of my son (Teessidemackem posts on here) and my little Ella his sister. The irony is mate, they both share November 3rd as their birthdays. Send me a pm with your name so I can address you properly as no doubt we will log each others progress :) Stay cool beaky, take care & be happy..

The latest from the Daily Fail......

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2030641/Sunderland-Steve-Bruce-transfer-market.html#ixzz1WB1Zg63L

Sunderland owner Ellis Short and club chairman Niall Quinn have demonstrated their support for under-fire manager Steve Bruce by sanctioning two more moves into the transfer market.

The pair have shown their faith in Bruce amid fierce criticism of the former Manchester United skipper after the Black Cats were beaten in the Tyne-Wear derby by Newcastle and crashed out of the Carling Cup against Brighton even though he has already signed 10 new players over the summer.

'Niall and Ellis are disappointed too but they understand what we are trying to do,' Bruce said. 'There is a huge expectation after what we did in the summer, Of course there is. We have not had a good start. Okay. But why should we take knee-jerk reactions? Like finding my future questioned after two games. I find that very disappointing.

'It is a worry for us that we are not scoring goals but I am not going to be derailed. We need a bit more firepower to what we have got. That is still on the agenda. We are still trying, close to a couple of things and that will help the situation - one or two signings, one permanent, one loan.'

Bruce, whose side head to Swansea on Saturday, added: 'I always come out fighting, that is part of my nature and I am sure the team will do the same.'

I wonder if Marouane Chamakh will be going anywhere with all the reported activity at Arsenal. I assume he might be available ...

I know he snubbed us a bit ...but more so the Marseilles chairman if my memory serves me well. Now that would get my mojo wobbling -I'd have him in preference to Crouch or Bendtner in a heartbeat, I know we're creaming ourselves over the possibility of Cisse, but a lot of people can look like Ronaldo on 5 condensed Youtube minutes tbf.
