    The press conferences were cringe worthy. Personally, I don't see the method of cheating here being so effective that it merits a lengthy ban. Lots of teams, including the Ashes winners of 2005, have eluded to some ball tampering methods, so it's all a bit pot-kettle. Funny it's happening to the Aussies though!

    Ball tampering goes on for sure, the issue here is more about the method, the circumstances and the lies, the notion that this was cooked up at a lunch break gets pretty much shot down when it turns out it wasn't tape but sandpaper that was used, going to a test match with sandpaper indicates a pretty clear and premeditated plan, come the time when the commercial rights are worth it I bet Warner will spill the full beans on this.
