    Me mate.

Used some very tasty Lincolnshire sausages that the best English butcher here makes. Cook those separately - add to the pot at the end. As many bangers as you fancy.

Any kind of beans - I used pinto beans, but cannellili, anything like that. Tinned chopped toms, Tom purée, onion, garlic ( I use loads) chopped peppers. You can even add some hot paprika if you fancy it a bit more spicy.

Warm crusty bread, like a baguette.

    Cold beer

I have done similar using Chorizo sausages. That’s a whole different flavour though.

I'm gonna do a version later. But no beans, i'm gonna opt for a onion mash.

4 cumberlands, bacon, and a few thick slices of gammon (chopped up) i have left. Onions, mushrooms, carrot , should be enough for a single sitting.

I was telling my lad, who's a chef, about the saveloy dips we used to get after swimming.

He'd never heard of pease pudding! <ok>

    I blame the parents!

Just had a fishfinger and potato waffle, plastic cheese wrap. Tartare sauce and ketchup. Lil snack before going for a few beers.

Not having a big one, couple early doors. Got a pop up chippy thing open near the pub I’m going to. Going to try their chips later. They’re proper chips not chippy chips.

    That roast potato in it?

Looks weird. I’d give it a go mind.
