are we really at the point where oxlade chamberlain can shave his chest on tv and be taken seriously as a footballer. seruously.... embaressing.
I'm vaguely aware of this, but my brain tends to disengage when any ads come on. I take it this is a Nivea promotion? I'm assuming that our players appearing in ads is a part of the sponsorship deal so you can't really blame them in this case, though generally I think any famous person who doesn't need the money should only endorse products that they actually believe in. But we all know I'm hopelessly idealistic. Of course, I'm also ancient enough to think that the whole industry around men's vanity products is an embarrassment.
Nivea has brought out a new body shaving range; they sponsor our team; they will have some sort of contract that involves players doing the ads; be thankful that it's only his chest that he's shaving ......
