    What, are you mad.....
Full fat bacon and milk, none of this semi skimmed stuff for me.
Same tomorrow, although I might have full fat coke instead of the milk.

    Time for a Carvery...

Half a grapefruit and then some scrambled eggs with a large coffee.

It’s either that or a steak, or salmon. Sometimes porridge or granola.

If not bothering with training (basically run up to Xmas) it’s all manner of either mcdees, bacon sarnies, sausage sarnies, full English’s or some other fattening fest

Freshly brewed filter coffee to start to wash down a sausage (pork and caramelised onion) and mushroom sandwich and a bacon and mushroom sandwich, glass of fresh orange juice as well. Her indoors had a pizza for breakfast using the leftover dough from last night :)

Last night for 'supper', a few bottles of stella, a couple of glasses of moet, another glass of some other champagne, corona with a segment of lime, a double vodka and coke (and god knows what other drinks) and chorizo cooked in red wine, mushrooms in white sauce, pate, nibbles and a dodgy head this morning :steam:

With all your ****e "Off Topic" threads about what others do, like and other personal info, I'm beginning to think that I am a future victim on Luther.

Two slices of wholegrain toast with honeycomb and a spinach-pineapple-goji berry-chia seed juice.

I am not sure whether I am on a health and fitness kick at the moment or just turning gay.
