I worked in an Indian as a kid, nothing better than a spicy keema number on chips. Chips double fried to get crispy, add salt n vinegar then pour on the curry.

A little like chilli fries I guess

Skiddo raiding his wicker pantry for some ingredients to knock up a curry for his thread, tomorrow we'll be presented with a Duck beak and Eggplant Bhuna that looks like it's just flopped out of a sewage filter.

I like a very spicy keema over a crispy baked potato. I worked three years in India as a chef.

I’d say 50-50 between Indian and Thai. Rarely if I can get my hands on some quality lamb or beef i’ll do a roast.

As a student I used to regularly make a quick spicy keema and have it over boiled potatoes. I only had an electric cooker with no oven etc.

Can't be much meat on a duck lip. Obviously by Tiffin you mean Spanish Antipasti.

‘Tiffin’ is an English Indian word for a meal or snack between meals.

Tiffin boxes are those tiered things that Indians use for their lunch aren’t they?

Think it all started with the Brits in India and involved drinking. Tiffing to tiffin iirc

Happens a lot. Indians use the word "valert" (sp) to signify abroad or England, and as I was told it came from the Brits using the words blighter and blighty. B is pronounced V in some words just a F is used for P. So fetrol instead of petrol

Wrong! There are those that are hiding from the police but my order are guys that service life's journeys and being unpaid they depend on handouts from the faithful.
