The entire Monty Python back catalogue of films and the TV series is coming to Netflix from 16/4/18. I have everything on DVD and some of the TV stuff is still funny, other bits seem very dated. I am due to see Spamelot in May, I am not into musicals but I am hoping the comedy aspect will carry me through it.
I've not seen Spamalot but I'm familiar with the soundtrack. There's a lot of rehashing from previous Monty Python jokes but also some new. If I recall correctly it is all Eric Idle though who wrote it, none of the other Monty Python members wanted to have anything to do with the musical.
****. I would have given £50 quid if Andy Murray had jumped up and punched that arsehole McIntyre straight in the gob
well put, I was shattered after work but it kept me awake because it was interesting and quite moving, right at the end, when he tell the story of him as a boy, bloody awful felt so sorry for him. poor guy
Hell of a film proper 10/10 stuff. To be able to hold an audience like that after all he's been through is incredible. 1 guy sat in a chair for 90ish minutes talking and it's brilliant.
When she did Superbad and Easy A I'd have agreed, but the White Walker Emma doesn't do it for me. Too pale and thin
