    You can bash Diego for a lot of things but you can’t bash him for getting behind Jose. Forget the fact that I quite respect Jose but let’s just say instead of Klopp we got Jose what would you guys have done ?
    Would you have stopped supporting the team?
    Would we have defended Jose to outlanders ? Just curious not name calling btw
    I really didn’t want hodgson but still supported us.

    he is continuing his run of decent stuff. if he can just stay fit to preseason we will see if klopp gives him a go. hes scored plenty like that in u23s.

    Is have supported the team but could never accept the man. And as we can see he would have made us unwatchable.

    Wouldn't have taken us on anyway... live within means lol..... either he or fsg would have jumped off a bridge within a year.

    I can't think of anything that would stop me supporting my team, but it would be very much despite him.
    I've never liked his style - and this goes back way before he went to Utd.
    It may be understandable that their fans go on the defensive when we criticise, but I'm sure most of them are privately dismayed at how the quality of their game has declined since Fergie left.
    I would be.

    people confuse support with happiness and satisfaction with product on offer.

    some people seem to ignore the entertainment business that football is in these conversations and want to boil it purely down to win games/trophies/achieve some objective like 40 points.

    usually they are the same people enduring mourinho or pulis :)

    I gave Woy a chance despite being completely the wrong fit and very negative football. I wouldn't give Mourinho the same chance, can't stand the guy or his footballing philosophy!

    Its true though, ultimately I watch to be entertained. You wouldnt play through a sh!t computer game, just to say you completed it.

    Teams that sit back and defend are usually sh!t teams who cant compete, like in the FA cup for example. However to do those same tactics whilst spending hundreds of millions is just wrong imo.
