Freddie Starr was the only scouse comedian to make me laugh the rest are ****e but at a push I'd go for Lynda La Plante.

I’d have added more but that was the height of it and couldn’t really think of any truly famous scousers.

Isn’t there a statue of some musician down by docks?

Was talking about Auf Wiedersehen, Pet last night actually. Best comedy drama ever made.

Kevin Fairbanks isn't actually a scouser. Does a good scouse accent though, obvs.

How about Stephen Graham? A fine actor imo, or Kim Cattrall.

I actually quite like the place when I went. City centre and the docks were all quite pleasant. Only issue I had is my phone battery died and I’d marked on the map where my car was took me two hours trying to find the multi storey I parked in.

I genuinely did find that. I sat and had a couple of beers at some bar cafe place overlooking the Mersey sat there for two hours and most people that sat by me all chatted to me. Didn’t fancy going into a proper boozer on my own. City centre pubs can go either way.
