It beggars belief that the board can sack TC for falling outside the top 6 they can splash out 1/2 million on a coach they believe will turn things around, we go from bad to worse and now that coach who was meant to get us back into the top 6 is already playing down next season saying it will be hard with a midtable budget and it depends on who we can move on, I assume he means Ortas signings for more Orta signings, is he for real?
Ekuban was playing in serie C,D, for no money he left Italy and went to Albania top league because the money was better,He moved to Leeds got a massive payrise and a big contract to boot where are you going to off load these players He aint gonna wanna come back here is he playing for 300 bucks a week if he is lucky, and infront of 200 crowds,in **** stadiums. best he stays where he is and picks up his dosh for nothing
At least we’ve been told so no point in complaining next season about any new players that arrive or results. Not a great statement from the coach at a time the club is trying to flog season tickets for the new season
Heck must be a better manager than you all thought if he's going to turn a relegation squad into a top six one with only a mid-table budget. Bit like our Neil Harris as Chesh was 100% certain we'd be relegated this season!!
It’s quite funny really, six pages of input, half are Wall fans delighted that they have the second lowest budget in the league and could, conceivably, finish tenth and the other half Leeds “supporters” bemoaning our lack of ambition because we could sign a Barnsley player the botherers or Jacks wanted to sign for 3 or 4 million. Can’t please everyone I guess
Just a thought... What is a midtable budget? How does PH who’s never had a budget know what everyone else will have to spend? The board felt we were top 6 with their spend this season so now PH is suggesting with the extra spend available we’re a midtable team?
