Torn muscles to felatio in one swift move You should know better than to participate in these conversations with me by now
Buffet breakfat in the morning, where i will piles in at least 2000 calories off bacon, sausages and fried potatoes with cheese and bacon and onions.. Still a skinny ****.
Hard to gain weight when doing so much physical work. I'll often eat two dinners after working on some of the bigger jobs. That and pudding plus a bottle of wine and still won't put on weight.
Snap me. We seem to have the reverse off everyone on this thread. I've lost count off how many chocolate bars i've had today (my day off) it's at least in double figures, and more.
I've actually managed to gain weight this year but that's down to the weather ****ing me over for jobs. On a typical work day in summer I'll eat: 4 weetabix for breakfast Lunch varies depending on location but usually a couple of sandwiches, sausage roll, couple of packets of crisps and a bar or two of chocolate Dinner normally some sort of pasta as it's quick and easy to knock up. Then I'll be starving by 9 so order a pizza or chicken burgers. Oh and litres of soft drinks at work too.
One hour in the gym today and 2 hours boxing tonight. Rest tomorrow and then 3 hard days before I leave for Manchester on Friday night. I'm just eating what ever I want, kebabs and all sorts, ****ing hate dieting too much hard work.
Seems we have different problems to most on here...They all pay to go to a gym We can't eat enough, although try.
Got going again last night. Was ok, 15 minute warm up on the bike, 3000m row then basic strength work which was; bench press, dead lift, squats, four sets of of eight reps or failure of each Attempted a brief run to finish off but failed dismally. Enjoyed, will go back for more tonight.
Ran 30k couple of weeks ago having been out with viruses for 2 months. Then ****ed the calf. Reckon I've got a couple more weeks before I can run again. Spent most of last year dealing with lower back problems. Frustrating.
Comm - I am going to send you my Fitbit. Can you wear it to work for the next month and then send it back to me? I can sit here eating while you burn the calories for me.
Someone else on here said that they found their back improved by doing core fitness work. I can second that - was having a lot of back pain, particularly after lying down or sitting in the car. Now got a personal trainer who is doing a lot of core strengthening work with me and getting much less back pain. Have run 60km a week on treadmill with no problems as well. Might pay to get an x-ray on your back first - if you have a problem with your disks no amount of exercise is going to help. It needs sorting.
Cheers. I’ve prolapsed a disc on two occasions and had a crippling bout of sciatica last year. Ended up on crutches. No fun at all.
I really would recommend a spot of yoga, especially for sciatica. I go most Monday evenings, although I haven't been for a couple of weeks, and it works. Definitely. Or pilates, heard that is good too.
Did bench, squats and deadlifts again last night. Can barely move and I'm supposed to play squash at six, I can't see it ending well.
How are people getting on? I've lost 11lb since mid January. Now officially in 'optimal'. Weigh 12st 6lb and about 5ft 11/6ft. I do yoyo a bit! Will get back to 12 stone then revalue.
Starting to think some puffy **** like yoga is what i need, But i'll never go. So any alternatives that aren't so gay?
