Came up to Wigan yesterday. There was a little dusting of snow last night but almost disappeared now and brightening up by the minute. Cold but no more real snow forecast. Safe travels everyone.

Need this game to be played. Good chance for Hughes and team to learn about each other. And definitely don't want a midweek game....so several early goals for Saints, please. P.s. still snowing on Island.
Hughes appears to be a big fan of Nathan Redmond, so there is every likelihood that he will feature prominently in team selections. Hopefully the fans can write off the form, of certain players under MP2’s guidance, and grant ALL of them immunity from moans and groans, and support them, even when they make mistakes, which they are bound to do. #wemarchon TOGETHER.
Exactly....we have a good team on paper, but many have underperformed or couldn't perform playing MP2's way. Remember that Romeu took several awards last season, but has been a shadow of himself this season. And Cedric. And we know Tadic is a moody player.... let's hope he is revitalised under a new manager. The only draw back is that Hughes has little time...so we shouldn't get on his back if he doesn't play one of our favourites....he may go with those he is most familiar with. He won't be faultless in his choices. I may judge him on his ability to read a game and make appropriate subs.
