Just so I know where we stand, do we now (I mean at this moment, obviously if we start losing again things will change) not want Holloway to be shown the door in the summer?

The players appear to be playing for the manager, we are playing our youngsters, we are getting points away from home. Any manager able to achieve that is ok for me.. and since the current incumbent is now achieving that why change for an unknown quantity?
Stood by this team all season and stand by Holloway We have a excellent squad and it’s great to see things working I certainly prefer to have a QPR man as a manager. As 9s said it may well of been Fleming who has gone to Boro. Ramsey is an excellent coach This team is good enough to beat anyone in this league at the moment I say let’s get some stability the results will come
All doom and gloom after the Forest result, and rightly so. If he carries on this form for the rest of the season though, Tony and co will most probably retain his services. I'm fairly ambivalent either way to be honest - you have to question how he's performed over a full season - and like a lot of my school reports, it would read "Could do better". However, as we all know, he's been operating under severely tight financial restrictions, and will still have another year left on his contract. His target was safety, and I think he's managed that, although it's not been comfortable at times. Most of us predicted a mid to lower table finish, and I'm happy as to where we are at the moment as consolidation was always the aim this year - it's just Ollies mad tactics and team-sheets that drive most of us bonkers. Hopefully he's now discovered a shape and team that works well with the players at his disposal and keeps this up to the end of the season.
Currently, we are in a position of contentment and we are pleased that the rebuilding process is paying dividends. We are pleased that Holloway has started to play a flat back 4 and certain players in certain positions. We currently acknowledge that Rome wasn't built in a day, but that we reserve the right to return to reignite our anger should there be any blips at any point in the future. Hope that clears things up for you.
Providing a suitable replacement has been lined up, we should still move him on. Just because we've had a couple of decent results recently, it doesn't forgive the ineptitude of the rest of the season. That said, the board is pretty clueless, so still expect him to be here in July.
As I think many know I have been quite vocal about Holloway. Recently he has proved me wrong as I never thought we would be in this position. His tactics will still amaze me but I think he is learning. For me and I know many will disagree...I don't think he is the future for us and under Holloway we will probably do the same again next year. I would like the season to finish and come back to the question again. However I will admit I was wrong and I am happy with what I am seeing at present.
Where did you think we would be at this stage of the season? Suitable replacement? Suggestions on a postcard - I only ask that they are realistic ie wants to come, is available and is prepared to work under the current financial conditions.
Yes, we. I speak in an official capacity. There is sufficient evidence to back up our position and everyone must go along with this. Thank you.
Missed the 2nd half as I was out and was delighted to see we'd battled back for a point. Have to say if you'd said we'd get four points from Villa and Fulham away the men in white coats would be nearby, all credit to Ollie for finally finding a system that suits and for giving the youngsters a go, maybe, just maybe, we've turned the corner...
Couldn't get to the game today watching it on tablet at work, turned it off when their 2nd goal went in. Dared to look for the result at 6pm. Well done lads.
