Why!!! He is the same player as Lee Barnard (if not worse) He signed for Leicester last summer for £3m and last season scored 4 goals in 32 League Games. We can do better. That is all
He scored 4 in 32 mainly because he was on the bench. When he was mainly starting, he scored 12 in 43 - and he was only 19/20 years old. I rate him and if the link is true, I would be very happy if we signed him.
I wasn't sure about him, but I have slightly changed my mind seeing as he has been named in the latest England U21 squad so he can't be that bad?
Depending on the price tag but if its more than 1.5 mill then don't see the point, deffo not prem class and i don't see the point making signings that are not fit to play in the prem.

Don't know much about him to be honest,seen clips on youtube and he does appear to have a bit of pace and can finish,wouldn't be over the moon about it if he came but also wouldn't be disappointed if that makes any sense.

I'm amazed people don't want Waghorn because he won't be able to play in the Premier League. He's 21, so he has loads of time to develop and potentially play in the Premier League.
I honestly think Waghorn would be abit of a gamble, yeah he did well when he was on loan at Leicester. The lad was plagued with injuries last year and his form has dropped because of it. I'd much rather keep the players we've got, the team has gelled well and the results prove it. But if we were going to buy a striker i'd rather us be serious and invest more in a better, proven and prolific striker, near 20 goals a season consistently or a sub prem player.
